I have a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences and Agriculture and have trained horses and competed at “A” level American Horse Show Association shows, the highest level of competition, all my life. Every step made in training horses is thought out and executed in a gradual progressive manner so Bob’s systematic method of training stockdogs resonated with me. I was fortunate to be able to train and apprentice under Bob for many years and came to understand his simple logical step by step training method for both dogs and their handlers. I applied that method, with great success, to my own dogs exemplified by their many top honors and prestigious awards over the years in various trialing associations (see Aussies page to see the awards my dogs have earned).
